Effective 31 May 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SentinelMDM's website, software, and services (“SentinelMDM,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, placing an order, or using the service you agree to these Terms.
SentinelMDM provides disclosed, consent-based parental-control and mobile device management (MDM) software on a subscription basis, with optional pre-configured hardware. Features vary by plan and may change over time.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account and for all activity under it. Your password is your zero-knowledge encryption key; it cannot be reset or recovered by us, so you must keep it safe. Losing it means your encrypted data cannot be recovered and the account must be re-created.
You may use SentinelMDM only on devices that you own or are otherwise authorized to administer, and you must disclose the monitoring to the device's user and obtain any consent required by law. You are solely responsible for using the service lawfully, including compliance with COPPA, wiretapping and recording-consent statutes, employment and privacy laws, and any other applicable regulation.
You may not use SentinelMDM for covert or non-consensual surveillance, to stalk, harass, or harm any person, to monitor a device you do not own or administer, or for any unlawful purpose. Doing so is a material breach and may result in immediate termination and referral to authorities.
Pre-configured devices are sold subject to the Trial, Return & Damage Policy, including the 14-day return window and the condition that physical damage voids the return.
The software, website, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service per these Terms. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Because of the zero-knowledge design, we are not liable for data that becomes unrecoverable due to a lost password.
You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. On termination, your access ends and your encrypted data purges per the retention schedule.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use constitutes acceptance. Questions? Email [email protected].
