Subscription & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how SentinelMDM subscriptions, the free trial, billing, and cancellations work. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

1 · 7-day free trial

Every new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You enter a payment method when you sign up, but your card is not charged during the trial. Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

2 · Billing & automatic renewal

  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and your card is charged the first cycle's fee.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle (monthly or annual, as selected) at the then-current price until you cancel.
  • You'll receive a receipt by email for each charge. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

3 · How to cancel

  • Sign in to your dashboard and use the Cancel subscription button, or
  • Email [email protected] and we'll cancel for you.
  • Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid being billed for the next cycle. There is no cancellation fee.

4 · Refunds

Because you get a full 7-day free trial to evaluate the service, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has been charged, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected] within 14 days and we'll review it in good faith. Hardware refunds are governed separately by the Trial, Return & Damage Policy.

5 · After you cancel

When you cancel, your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again. You keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for (cancellations during the trial end access at the trial's end). Encrypted device data continues to purge on its 30-day TTL, and you can wipe your account and its data at any time.
