This policy governs software trials and physical hardware returns for SentinelMDM and SentinelOS devices. By placing an order or creating an account you agree to the terms below.
Devices returned with physical damage are not eligible for a refund. This includes (without limitation) cracked or scratched screens or glass, liquid damage, bent frames, missing components, and any damage beyond normal cosmetic wear. Devices that fail inspection are returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense and the sale stands.
Encrypted data captured by SentinelMDM is end-to-end encrypted and automatically purges on a 30-day TTL. The server cannot read your data and cannot reset your encryption password.
Policy version 1. Your acceptance of this policy is recorded with a timestamp at account registration and order placement for dispute-resolution purposes.
