Full, real-time oversight for your family or team's Android phones — live location, on-screen text awareness with AI analysis, photo check-ins, calls and SMS, app controls, and remote device management. All zero-knowledge encrypted, readable only by you.
Works on any Android 8+ phone — Samsung, OnePlus, Motorola, or whatever you already have.
SentinelMDM provides deep, real-time oversight of Android devices — not just screen-time dashboards, but the actual content and context of what's happening:
All captured data is zero-knowledge encrypted on the device before transmission — the server never reads it.
Android toolkit
Track real-time GPS location with a live-updating map, full history trails, and instant pin refresh.
Draw safe zones around designated locations. Get alerted the moment a device user arrives or leaves.
Accessibility node parsing surfaces on-screen text across every app, analyzed by AI — readable by you, blind to the server.
Trigger on-demand screenshots or live video streams for rapid situational awareness.
Capture rolling ambient audio intervals during a high-alert event — sealed end-to-end like everything else.
Review complete communication history — inbound, outbound, and missed calls, plus SMS messages.
Track newly added, modified, or deleted contacts to spot suspicious or unwanted associations early.
See every installed app and block the ones you don't approve — set an allow-list or block-list to prevent unauthorized installs.
See detailed breakdowns of how much time the device user is spending inside specific applications.
Fire a max-volume alarm override to locate a lost device instantly, even if it's set to silent mode.
Instantly lock the device screen remotely from your dashboard to prevent unauthorized access.
In an emergency, completely wipe all data and reset the device to factory defaults to protect sensitive information.
Runs at the OS-level as a trusted Device Owner — can't be uninstalled, force-stopped, or dodged by powering off.
Force the managed device to connect to a specific nearby WiFi network directly from your dashboard.
Protect the device on untrusted networks by automatically tunneling all traffic through the secure REALITY relay.
Agent-to-server connections are obfuscated to look like standard TLS traffic, bypassing DPI and censorship.
All captured telemetry is E2E encrypted using a key only you possess — the server never reads your data.
Engineered with a lightweight footprint to preserve battery life and minimize network data usage.
Common questions
On Android, SentinelMDM provides deep monitoring and parental controls: live GPS location with map rendering and history trails, geofencing with arrival/departure alerts, platform-level on-screen text awareness, on-demand photo and screenshot check-ins, ambient recording loops, calls/SMS/contacts review, installed-app control with allow/block lists, screen time tracking, and remote device controls (lock, factory wipe, max-volume alarm). It runs as Device Owner for tamper-resistant persistence.
No. SentinelMDM runs as Device Owner — Android's built-in trusted-administrator role. It cannot be uninstalled, force-stopped, or evaded by powering the device off, so protection stays on.
SentinelMDM installs as a Device Owner on Android. Android itself shows a standard "This device is managed by your organization" notice in Settings — that's built into the OS and happens with any Device Owner app. Beyond that default Android notification, SentinelMDM runs silently in the background with no persistent icon, banner, or user-facing indicator. If you use our SentinelOS build (a custom-hardened OS flashed onto a Pixel), that Settings notice and other Device Owner alerts are removed entirely — the device looks and feels like a normal phone.
SentinelMDM uses Android's accessibility services to parse on-screen text across every app — this is platform-level text scraping, not keylogging. Captured text is analyzed by AI so concerning patterns, notable activity, and key content stand out at a glance. The text is encrypted on-device before transmission and is readable only by you in your dashboard. The server never sees plaintext.
